• We offer free global shipping on all orders over USD 250. For international orders below USD 250, a flat shipping fee of USD 20 (INR 1750) will be applied at checkout.
• We will ship out your Theyn jewels in 5-7 business days. Our shipping partners will keep you posted right from pick up through the delivery.

Once your jewels have shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping partners with the tracking details. You may use these tracking details to check the status of your order from pick up through to delivery.

At checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.

We ship globally to all countries supported by our shipping partner. In case we are unable to, we will reach out to you. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

Yes you can! Our digital gift cards are currently available in the following denominations: INR 5,000, INR 10,000 and INR 15,000. Please reach out to us if you require any further assistance with this. You can email your gift card directly to the recipient. The gift cards are valid 1 year from date of purchase.
