Returns & Exchanges
Our store policy is no exchange, no cancellations or refunds. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving the product. Once you send the product and original packaging back to us, we can determine eligibility for store credit.
We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
We only replace items if they have manufacturing defects or have been damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shoptheyn.com within five days of receipt. It must be returned in the original packaging with all elements (pouch, ziploc, microfiber).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
