I LOVE the fidget element in the ring, its so great for mindless fiddling during meetings or conversations. The ring is pretty solid and hasn't dented or bent despite wearing it frequently over three weeks. Learned pretty quick to take it off while driving (after poking myself for the third time, oops). I don't wear rings often and received it as a gift, but have enjoy adding it to office outfits for a nice elevated touch.
