Traditionally, jewellery was crafted from the coarse hair of the elephant’s tail, believed to bring good fortune and guard its wearer from harm. These talismans were worn close to the body, often discreetly, yet held deep personal significance.
The Kavya Detachable Stud & Arch Drop Earrings reinterprets heritage with a modern design: a stylised elephant head crowned with a palm tree engraving, an arched frame, and three cascading strands of circular links that sway with every movement. The ear jacket also offers height adjustability for your comfort.
Lightweight yet impactful, these earrings are crafted to make a statement while carrying the quiet power of cultural symbolism. The design balances strong geometric lines with fluid motion, making them versatile enough for festive gatherings or elevated everyday wear.

Gorgeous! I get compliments every time I wear this and I find it works as a stud also beautifully.
I was a little nervous about the size of the earring, but the arches are lovely and solid and don't move too much (given desi head nodding frequencies). Love the little touches like the removable arches and options to adjust the arch based on lobe size/piercing placement. I also love wearing just the studs with more casual outfits, and have received many compliments on the little elephant. One of my new favourite earrings.
